Slow cooker meals are an absolute time saver, especially when school is in session and weekdays are extra busy.
This slow cooker chicken parmesan is an absolute family favorite! We usually serve over spaghetti noodles, but any pasta would work fantastic! Angel hair would be especially fast is you're short on time.
The sauce is flavorful, the frozen chicken strips are such a great shortcut and the freshly shredded parmesan cheese has the best flavor. Sometimes I add extra cheese just because we love it SO much!
This is such a kid friendly meal and I guarantee they will be asking for seconds once their plate is empty. This recipe serves about 6 people, so it's perfect for a family dinner.
If you have leftovers, they reheat well for lunch the next day too!
