Today's recipe is a great way to get your kiddos in the kitchen to help make lunch!
These Club Sandwich Pinwheels taste just like a club sandwich but rolled up in a tortilla. We love serving them at parties or make them for an easy lunch.
You can also make them the night before, then slice in the morning and put them in everyone's lunchbox.
Depending on the age of your kids, they can help shred cheese, cut the lettuce, tomatoes and meat, roll them and slice before serving. If they're older, then can make these solo for their own lunch too.

Recipe tips:
- You'll want to remove the rib from the center of the romaine lettuce so it's easier to roll in the tortilla.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day, but they may get soggy.
- You may have to adjust the number of lunch meat slices depending on the size. pre-packaged are sometimes smaller then lunch meat sliced at the deli.
- We recommend using freshly shredded cheese whenever possible for the best taste.

Club Sandwich Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup bacon bits
- 12 pieces ham lunch meat, thinly sliced
- 12 pieces turkey lunch meat, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- ¾ cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 roma tomato, finely diced
Instructions
- Stir the cream cheese, mayonnaise and bacon bits together in a small bowl. Add ¼ of the mixture to each of the tortillas. Use a butter knife to spread the mixture over the entire tortilla.
- Arrange two slices of ham on one side of each tortilla. Then cut another slice in half, then one slice in half again. Arrange those slices to cover entire half of the tortilla. Do the same with the turkey on the other side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle ¼ of the lettuce, then ¼ of the tomatoes over each tortilla.
- Start from one end and tightly roll the tortilla, until you meet the other end.
- Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
- Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap, then cut the ends off (discarding or snacking on them), and slice into 1 inch pieces.
- Arrange pinwheels on a platter to serve.
