Today I'm sharing one of the easiest breakfast recipes that you and your family will love!
These Overnight Vanilla Oats can be prepped to go in the fridge in only 5 minutes! Then, all you have to do the next morning, is take 5 minutes to chop some fruit, assemble and breakfast is on the table.
These oats are super affordable for families and can be made with any fruit you have on hand. Kids really love them, especially if they help make their own jars.
We sometimes make these with regular milk, but we also make them with unsweetened coconut milk when we have some in the fridge. It's delicious either way and I love that it can be dairy free if needed, for my nieces who are allergic to dairy.
