This heavenly and addicting Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is such a crowd pleaser. Everyone loves it and it's so easy to assemble.

The ice cream sandwiches and whipped topping make this cake so simple. It only has 5 ingredients total, including the M&M's, chocolate and caramel syrups. 

You can assemble this cake ahead of time. It stores well in the freezer and is ready to go when needed. Kids and adults love this easy cake, making it a great dessert for any summer occasion.

We love to change up the toppings every time and my kids love to help make it. It's an affordable option when you don't want to spend the money on a store bought ice cream cake.
