If you love slow cooker dinners, then this recipe is for you!
Macaroni and cheese is always a family favorite, but this taco mac and cheese takes it to a whole new level. It's loaded with pasta, cheese, beef and taco seasoning.
This recipe is super easy when you cook the pasta and ground beef ahead of time and refrigerate until needed. You can change the shredded cheese you use, try ground turkey and so much more. It's easy to customize and make it exactly how your family loves.
You can serve it for Taco Tuesday and top with your favorite taco toppings. It's budget friendly and family friendly. We sometimes serve it with a salad instead of taco toppings.
I don't like mushy pasta and this macaroni comes out perfect. It's slightly undercooked before you add it to the slow cooker so it doesn't get overcooked.
