Celebrate St. Patricks Day with the kids by making these Pot of Gold popcorn snacks!

They're inexpensive, easy and such a great activity and snack for a party, or just a fun day at home.

The cauldrons can be found at Dollar Tree around St. Patrick's Day or on Amazon year round. We usually buy the Airheads Xtremes at Target and the gold dust can be purchased on Amazon. Use any flavor or kind of popcorn you love, either microwave or pre-popped.

We used The Sugar Art Edible Shimmer Powder for this snack. It's Kosher, vegan and allergen free, plus no added sugars or flavors, which is a great option for anyone.

Almost any age kiddo can either help make these, or make them on their own. They can help cut the rainbow strips, dust the popcorn and even count how many pieces of popcorn can fit in each cauldron.

Hope you have fun making and eating these!
