Today I have the most perfect dessert for your next BBQ, pool party or birthday celebration!

These semi homemade popsicle cupcakes are the easiest to make and they're so adorable! Kids love them and let's be real, adults do too!

They're easy enough for the kids to help make and decorate. Make sure to keep them refrigerated or in an air conditioned area so the frosting doesn't melt before serving.
